Esco has 300,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and more than 500 employees. Our manufacturing facility is one of the world's largest production plants for clean air and safety equipment.

The strength of Esco's manufacturing comes from our extensive unified system and our leading equipment needs around the world. All procedures, with a few exceptions, are carried out in our factory. This enables us to achieve world-class product quality and reliability. Our factory has the following facilities and functions:

Esco is very focused on the accuracy of product quality and manufacturing time. Continuous product improvement is a necessity. Esco's cross-functional teams regularly assemble and review and implement improvement procedures from product manufacturing, research and development, quality assurance, and advanced management.

The materials used in Esco's products are definitely from the world's leading suppliers. Our supplier R&D department works closely with our supply partners to optimize integration and product quality. We firmly believe that Esco's products and accessories are of the highest quality.

Esco operates under the certification and environmental management systems of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 quality standards. Our production facilities are also regularly reviewed by independent agencies such as UL, NSF, etc. Today, Esco's product quality is recognized in more than 100 countries around the world.
